Technically no one is really asking me anything. I just wanted to clarify a few more things…

DO YOU DO YOUR OWN ILLUSTRATIONS?

The goal of my blog is to, well… blog. While I can and do illustrate in the same style shown in the blog, not every single one these illustrations are mine. To save time, I purchase some of the raw art and then edit in illustrator for my various needs.

what about the photography?

Not all of the images on the site were taken by myself. Props can be crazy expensive! And who has the storage space to store all that STUFF?! One of my goals was to stop buying so much junk that would be ultimately destined for a landfill. I’m the type of person to buy a telescope for no reason other than it was 50% off. (Ugh, I seriously just did that yesterday!!) So yeah, I really need to stop buying stuff.

Stock photography is really the way to go, not only from a monetary perspective but from a sustainability standpoint. Please note any travel photography is definitely mine. I mean, my face is usually in it. (:P)

Do you FREELANCE?

Technically yes and no. Because I have a full time innovation job, I don’t have a lot of extra time. ALSO, gotta keep them kids alive! So, it depends on how interesting the project is and complexity. If you think you have something really exciting, contact me and let’s chat!
